Her eyes make a REALLY loud sound when opening and closing (it's weird - don't know why they couldn't have figured out how to remedy that before production . . . dolls have had open/shut eyes for almost a century, and they didn't sound this ridiculous). Her voice is also pretty loud, although that's a plus in my house, where sounds have a lot of competition. All in all, she's cute, and my daughter loves her! She loves this doll! It's a little bigger than I had wanted, but it was the only one available when I ordered that didn't have tiny beads inside. It's not too big for her, though - it's truly huggable. I find this doll to be well made, sturdy, and it looks just like Dora. The eyes, nose, and mouth are embroidered, so no parts to worry about.
